Cloud Services Provisioning Tool

This was an opportunity to re-engineer the existing provisioning tool to provide a more user friendly interface for internal customers and increase utilization. The project had an interesting challenge as the key stakeholders were deciding between buy versus build, which weighted the weighted the project heavily on researching user needs, competitive analysis and providing a heuristic review of the existing application. I utilized multiple stakeholder meetings to present findings and wireframe concepts to guide the project. The product owner decided to buy instead of build and the final wireframes helped them to choose a vendor as well as provide the vendor with detailed list of enhancements.
